The thickness and structural strength of the board must meet the load requirements. It is necessary to draw a routing diagram in advance, indicating the coordinates and elevations of the starting point, turning point, branch point, to ensure that the path is free of interference. Fill rate of 50%, width>0.1 meters to ensure ventilation, heat dissipation, and cable layout space. Measure the preset path, remove obstacles, estimate the load, and develop a construction plan. When entering indoors from outdoors, the slope is 21/100. Installation height of 22.2 meters, top distance from obstacles ≥ 0.3 meters, parallel laying time distance ≥ 0.6 meters. The verticality deviation of the bracket is 1.5mm/m, the levelness deviation is 3mm/m, and the straightness deviation of the entire length is ≤ 5mm. Supporting connectors are required for turning, tees, and other nodes, with bolt torque greater than 25N. m and complete anti loosening parts. The spacing between brackets should be 1.5-3.0 meters horizontally and ≤ 2.0 meters vertically, and the length should comply with the specifications to avoid deformation. Each bracket is firmly fixed, fixed every 2 meters when the cable is tilted>45 °, and fixed every 5-10 meters when laid horizontally. Sealing materials with a fire resistance of 21 hours are used at the crossing of the fire compartment. When the total length of the metal bridge is 30 meters, there should be at least 2 grounding points. For long-distance bridges, grounding should be done every 30-50 meters to ensure reliable bridging. Construction personnel must hold certificates and work strictly according to the drawings and standards. Welding and fastening parts require special inspections. After installation, clear markings should be sprayed and rows of cable trays should be neat and uniform. Load testing and ground connectivity testing are inspection items.
