Galvanized cable trays need to meet multiple key indicators before operation, including material quality, galvanized layer performance, dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and compliance.
The main body thickness of hot-dip galvanized bridge is usually 1.5 to 3mm, with a local small galvanized layer thickness of ≥ 65 μ m. When the thickness is greater than 3mm, the local small thickness is 260um, and the average thickness is 265 μ m. Measure with a magnetic thickness gauge and meet the standards. The galvanized layer should be uniform, without defects such as peeling, flaking, bubbles, cracks, or zinc nodules, and the surface should be smooth and flat.
The zinc layer should not peel off or protrude through grid cutting or hammering detection. The material must meet the design requirements and provide a certificate of conformity. Galvanized flat steel and other auxiliary materials must meet the standard, with a length deviation of+30mm. The allowable deviation for the length of the bridge frame is+5mm, with a deviation of+1mm for widths<400mm and+2mm for widths<2400mm. The flatness error per meter is 2mm, and there is no visible deformation in the straightness. A static load test is required to withstand a deformation of 2% when subjected to 1.5 times the design weight.
The fire resistance capability must meet the requirements of engineering design. The key points for on-site acceptance are visual inspection, with no scratches, dents, or bends, and clear markings. The specification verification is consistent with the construction drawings, and the parameters such as wall thickness and width meet the contract requirements. Check if the compensation device is set up in compliance. Before construction, technical disclosure must be completed to familiarize oneself with the specifications and ensure reliable grounding and cross connection. The galvanized layer needs to pass the copper sulfate test to ensure corrosion resistance. The distance between strong and weak electrical cable trays is greater than 300mm, and the distance between parallel pipelines is 2100mm.
The core indicators before galvanized bridge work need to cover three dimensions: material, process, and compliance, and specific values need to refer to the standards. The construction party should strictly conduct on-site acceptance and technical preparation to ensure the quality and system of subsequent installation.
